The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction at www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13 August 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number the bid concerns. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 11 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency’s Kajaani office, Lönnrotinkatu 2 a, 87100 Kajaani (open Tuesdays and Thursdays 09:00–12:00), or by e‑mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Payment terms

Deposit

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Agency’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Agency will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted as highest. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

Payment period

A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted if necessary. Any payment period will be notified separately. If a payment period is granted, annual interest is payable on the full purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the time allowed, the buyer must pay default interest pursuant to section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the full purchase price until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has taken place.

Buyer’s liabilities and rights

The buyer is responsible for any charges arising from transfers of subscription agreements.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms where relevant. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid.

The buyer should insure the lot immediately after payment of the purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and for the transfer tax. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The lot is sold on the website www.huutokaupat.com by ascending bids. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 13 August 2026 at 18:00 (or three minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not liable for the functioning of the service provider’s system. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the bidder’s liability in accordance with chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period. If it is not possible to place bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 11 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Kajaani office, Lönnrotinkatu 2 a, 87100 Kajaani, or by e‑mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies.

The property is seized and sold under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms.
