The item will be sold by bidding on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com during 10 June 2026–1 July 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 1 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 30 June 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by e‑mail to

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction item number to which the offer pertains.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will generally be the person whose offer in the online auction is accepted. If the offeror has made the offer wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The asset is seized and will be sold in an open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale and any act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
