The property will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 17 July 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted.

If necessary, up to 3 weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. Interest under section 3, subsection 2 of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period. The current annual rate under that provision is 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic-bidding system. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 18 June 2026 at the latest by 10:00 to:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com property reference number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, following, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the documents attached. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration for their acquisition within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must declare and pay the transfer tax no later than when applying for title, unless exempt from the transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed will be delivered to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
