The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 6 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

A payment period of up to four weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if necessary. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the full purchase price for the payment period. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer; this will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic-bidding function. The written bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority in writing no later than 2 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale arranged by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property; buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for title registration, unless exempt.

The buyer acquires ownership and the deed is delivered to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
