The item is sold by increment bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 15 June 2026 - 05 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 05 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, an interested buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 02 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Service’s Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
