The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 1 July 2026 and 21 July 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 21 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached as part of the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and give detailed instructions for the payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If not, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
