Terms of Sale

The property will be sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 1 July–15 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 July 2026 at 17:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's compensation liability under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms


The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.


Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price.
