AUCTION TERMS

Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer undertakes to sign the deed of sale within one month of acceptance of the offer. The seller’s deed of sale, included in the attachments, will be used for the transaction. The seller will obtain certificates related to the property. The time and place for signing will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price must be paid by bank transfer to the account specified by the seller before signing the deed. The seller will pay the signing official’s fee. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price if the plot is sold. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of signing the deed and pay the registration costs.

Information provided by the seller

Property and zoning information is based on public official registers and other verified documents. For the buildings, the year of commissioning or the best available estimate is given.

Building materials, floor area, building plans, and water, sewer and electrical connections.

Inspection

Bidders must inspect the property before making an offer.

Bidding

Bids must be placed via the huutokaupat.com service by the stated deadline.

Withdrawal of a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs of a failed auction in the amount of €500, or, if the seller accepts the next highest bid, the difference between the bids where that difference exceeds €500.

Conclusion of the sale

The buyer must pay the purchase price to the seller’s specified bank account before the signing meeting and present the receipt at the meeting.

The buyer will receive ownership and possession of the property after signing the deed and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax (3% of the purchase price) and title registration costs if the plot is sold.

The seller is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider’s system.

The property is sold as it appears in the listing and in its condition at the time of sale, together with its fittings.
