The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 7 May 2026 - 7 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The repossessed object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 7 May 2026 to 7 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has recorded as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 4 June 2026 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself in order to submit the bid.
