The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by a private sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms for this sale.

Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the property, the sale documents relating to it and the terms applicable to the sale before submitting a bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 4 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Acceptance of the offer and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.
