The property will be sold by an ascending bid online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 18 May 2026 and 8 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included as the maximum bid in the online auction according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply.

The purchaser’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions on how to pay the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If no such information is provided, the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing the general auction terms laid down in the Code where applicable.
