Seized property in Pohjalahti, Pälkäne

The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction arranged on www.huutokaupat.com between 18 May 2026 and 8 June 2026. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one recorded as highest by the service provider’s system. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding period if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in purchaser liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the auction’s automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted and provide instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the purchaser.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the bailiff pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
