Submitting offers

Offers (bids) are made in the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated time. You may also participate by submitting a written, binding offer to the seller's representative. All offers are registered publicly in the listing. The highest offer is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The seller is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system.

By placing a bid on Huutokaupat.com, the bidder accepts these sale terms and acknowledges having received all existing documents concerning the apartment and the housing company.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs caused by the failed auction, €1,000.

Concluding the sale
The maker of the accepted (highest) bid must pay a deposit of €2,000 to a client account designated by Emmika Oy within 2 days of the bid being accepted.
The buyer pays the purchase price at the signing.

The buyer receives ownership of the property after signing the sales contract and paying the purchase price.

The existing lease transfers to the buyer at the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 2% of the debt-free purchase price (unless they meet the conditions for a first-time buyer). The buyer is responsible for charges from the date of signing. The exact date will be agreed in the sales contract.
