Seized property in Parkano, Parkano

The property will be sold by competitive bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 3 June 2026 and 1 July 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s systems. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number for the item concerned.

Written purchase offers are binding and are subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and will provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
