The sale of Asunto Oy Keravan Vihtakoivikko, shares 159–316 at Vihtatie 5 A 2, 04260 Kerava (2 rooms and kitchen, 79 m²) will take place by online auction on www.huutokaupat.com from 4 June – 28 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 June 2026 at 20:00. Each new bid extends the end time by three minutes.


The property is distrained and is being sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and in accordance with the Enforcement Code's general auction terms. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction.

Terms of Sale

Participation in the auction requires registration. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The bailiff will decide on the acceptance or rejection of the highest bid separately within seven working days of the end of the online auction. Acceptance of the bid and payment instructions will be notified to the buyer separately.


Bids are made on the purchase price, which does not include amounts payable to the housing company under the Housing Companies Act (see the sales brochure section on obligations and rights transferring to the buyer). Any amounts due to the housing company must be paid directly to the company; the purchase price paid to enforcement will not reduce those amounts.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.


The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.


Payment terms: The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 4% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. If the highest bid is accepted, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if necessary. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance. If a payment period is used, annual interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.


Appeals: An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
