The object is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 24 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, payment time for the remaining purchase price may be granted until 22 July 2026. Interest according to section 3(2) of the Interest Act will accrue on the whole purchase price for the payment period. The current annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is 2.5%.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority in writing no later than 1 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below

A written offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the object for sale. Therefore, buyers should inspect the object before making an offer.

Transfer tax of 1.5% is calculated on the total of the purchase price and obligations transferred to the buyer as at the date of transfer of ownership and is payable by the buyer.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the shares and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sales decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
