The lot is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 June 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If registration on the service is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. A written offer must state the bidder's name, personal ID/business ID and contact details. A written offer will be entered into the online auction as a maximum (proxy) bid. The person submitting the written offer is responsible for ensuring it arrives by the deadline. A written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property is seized and is sold under the enforcement officer's supervision by free private sale in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been completed.

Obligations transferred to the buyer

The buyer must pay the transfer tax (3 per cent) on their own initiative before applying for title and no later than six months from signing the deed. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration and the transfer tax.

The State has a pre‑emptive right to acquire the property if its acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security or to secure regional integrity (Act on the State's pre‑emptive right in certain areas 29.3.2019/469).

Certain foreign persons may acquire property on Finnish territory only with permission (Act on the State's pre‑emptive right in certain areas 29.3.2019/470).
