The deadline for submitting offers ends on 05/05/2026 at 10:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer being liable for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Act.

If it is not possible to place a bid via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on huutokaupat.com to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, by 29/04/2026 at 12:00 at the latest.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from transfers of utility agreements.

The seized property is sold by online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers ends on 05/05/2026 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been placed.
