The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price. For the purposes of transfer tax legislation, the purchase price comprises, in addition to the cash price, any company loan portions and any service charge receivables and other charges that transfer to the buyer. If there are multiple buyers, each buyer must submit their own transfer tax declaration and pay their share of the transfer tax.
