The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 27 April 2026 and 19 May 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19 May 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the bidder's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and will be subject to the same terms as bids made in the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be treated as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Code.
