The property will be sold by increment bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 27 April 2026 - 19 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 19 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code (Chapter 5, Section 25).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be submitted no later than 14 May 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

The property is seized and sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are urged to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or against actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the sale date. The appeal instructions will be attached to the sale decision.
