The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale organised by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a 20 percent deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.
