The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the period 31 March–29 April 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum automatic bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
