Terms of Sale

The property is seized and it is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the offer.


Sales conditions:

The property is seized and is sold by private sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms. The enforcement officer may approve or reject the highest bid. After the highest bid is approved the buyer must immediately pay the purchase price or at least a 20 percent deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be given by the Enforcement Authority after an accepted bid.
