Offers must be submitted by the specified deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by making an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
The bidder has an obligation, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during the initial inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and which can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be carried out in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price will take place at the signing. The fee of the certifying official is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is liable for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, reimburse the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
