Terms of sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids must be made by the stated time. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as highest. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.
The property is sold as a private sale between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.
Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the seller to enable notification of the sales decision.
Bidders are obliged, before bidding, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered on inspection.
Finsilva Oyj confirms it has given the buyer all information it knows and that can be expected to affect the sale.
The transfer of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the deed-confirmation fee.
If the highest binding accepted bidder makes an unfounded bid, they must pay the seller reasonable costs caused by the advertisement, inspection and other necessary sale-related actions under the Land Code. Conditional bids are not accepted.
A party who refuses to proceed with the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by the advertisement, inspection and other necessary sale-related actions.
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price excluding debt, and for the title deed costs.
