The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 02/04/2026 - 23/04/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23/04/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's compensation liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 21/04/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
