The plot is near the border of Enontekiö and Kittilä municipalities and about 60 km from Hetta village centre.

The plot is in block 20, number 2. The plot has a building right of 250 m² and its size is approx. 2,690 m². The external dimensions average about 50 m x 54 m.

The plot is in a new, centrally located zoning area. To the west of the plot is Lake Homma and beyond the lake opens a fell landscape.

A recreational route runs along the shore of Lake Homma and in winter there is a groomed ski track. This well‑maintained track is part of a larger network that provides access to the nearby Ylläs–Pallas National Park.

The area is quiet and close to nature. The seller is the Enontekiö joint forest and the sale includes the right to purchase a shareholder permit for small‑game hunting on the joint forest land.

Major ski centres are relatively close: Levi approx. 60 km, Ylläs approx. 90 km and Pallas approx. 30 km.

There are good opportunities for snowmobiling, as a spur trail connects to the Hetta–Levi snowmobile route.

Infrastructure work in the zoning area is still partly incomplete. The plot is accessible by car and the planned access road to the plot will be finished next summer.

Electric and water connections can already be arranged.

The plan map shown as number 11 in the pictures is based on the old plan; it is no longer valid and conflicts with the other plan maps.

The municipal website of Enontekiö has the current zoning map under Asemakaavat, with the specification Yli‑Kyrö.

Overall, the peaceful natural setting with nearby national parks, the surrounding fell scenery and many activity opportunities make this a dream holiday spot both in summer and winter.

The plot is marked on the ground with a sign and corner posts with yellow tape. The corner posts are indicative and not yet all officially surveyed by the National Land Survey. The boundary measurements on the plan map are likewise indicative and not official.
