7. Right to withhold The seller reserves the right to interrupt the auction or not to sell the item without liability for compensation. A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to concluding the transaction.
