A plot in the Hommakangas development area in Ylikyrö, Enontekiö, with splendid fell scenery.

The plot is close to the Enontekiö–Kittilä municipal border and about 60 km from Hetta village centre.

The plot is in block 20, number 1. The plot has building rights of 300 m² and the plot size is approx. 3,140 m². The external dimensions of the plot average about 50 m × 62 m.

The plot is in a new zoning area and occupies one of the best locations. Hommajärvi lies to the west of the plot, but the plot itself does not border the lake. A recreational trail runs between the plot and the lake; in winter there is a well-maintained groomed track. This track is part of a larger network that provides access to the nearby Ylläs–Pallas Fell National Park.

The area is peaceful and close to nature. The seller is Enontekiö joint forest (yhteismetsä) and the sale includes the right to acquire a shareholder permit for small-game hunting on the joint forest area.

Major ski centres are relatively close: Levi approx. 60 km, Ylläs approx. 90 km and Pallas approx. 30 km.

Snowmobiling opportunities are good, as a side trail connects the Hetta–Levi snowmobile route to the area.

Infrastructure work in the zoning area is still in progress. The plot is not yet accessible by car, but the nearby development road will be completed next summer. After the sale the seller will also construct a road to the plot next summer.

It is already possible to connect electricity and water services.

The zoning map labelled 12 in the pictures is based on the old plan; it is no longer valid and conflicts with the other zoning maps in the images.

All in all, the peaceful close-to-nature setting with nearby national parks, beautiful fell scenery and good activity opportunities creates a dream holiday location both in summer and winter.

The plot is marked on the ground with a sign and the plot corners have clearing stakes with yellow ribbons. The corner markers are indicative and not all have yet been officially verified by the National Land Survey.
