Terms of sale: The object is sold on the website www.huutokaupat.com by an online auction. The online auction ends on 29 April 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid admitted to the auction. The minimum increment in the online auction is 500 euros.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction.

The buyer must pay the full purchase price or at least the deposit on the day the offer is accepted, unless the buyer is clearly judged to be solvent. The deposit is 20% of the purchase price. Cash, debit card or other payment methods equivalent to cash, or an acceptable security, are accepted as the deposit. Payment to the official funds account on the day of sale is also accepted. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer may be granted interest-bearing payment time for the purchase price for up to six weeks from the date the sale decision is made. However, ownership and possession of the object cannot be transferred to the buyer until the full purchase price has been paid.
