Terms of sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids must be placed by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the offer that the seller has accepted as the highest. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
The item is sold as a private transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.
Bidders agree that their contact details may be passed on by Huutokaupat.com to the seller to enable the sales decision and notification.
Bidders must inspect the property, documents and records before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on facts that could have been observed during prior inspection.
Finsilva Oyj warrants that it has given the buyer all information it knows and that may be expected to affect the transaction.
The sale must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The date and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the attesting official.
If the bidder who has made the highest binding accepted offer makes an unfounded offer, they must, under the Land Code, pay the seller reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the sale. Conditional offers are not accepted.
The party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the sale.
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the debt-free purchase price, and for the costs of title registration.
