Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids must be submitted by the given deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

The property is sold as a transaction between the users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable the sale decision and related communications.

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the properties, documents and records in question. The buyer cannot later rely on facts that could have been observed during prior inspection.

Finsilva Oyj warrants that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale.

The sale of the property must be executed in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is to be paid at the signing of the deed. The buyer pays the fee for the transaction confirmer.

If the party who made the highest binding accepted bid has made an unfounded offer, they must, pursuant to the Land Code, pay the seller reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale. Conditional offers are not accepted.

The party who refuses to conclude the sale must, pursuant to the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the debt-free purchase price, and for the costs of title registration.
