Ylianttila I — share of the Pääkallo joint forest, Kempele

Metsähallitus is selling, via the www.huutokaupat.com site and based on bids placed there in an online auction held between 20 April – 18 May 2026, the shareholding named YLIANTTILA I belonging to the Pääkallo joint forest. The shareholding comprises 6,778 shares of the Pääkallo joint forest (6,778 / 105,436). The property identifier for the YLIANTTILA I shareholding is 425-455-18-1; it has no private land parcels, i.e. it is a shareholding property (a so‑called phantom property) that carries shares in the joint forest.

The Pääkallo joint forest was established in 2015 and holds forest areas in the municipalities of Liminka and Muhos. The total area of the joint forest is approx. 756 ha, of which about 415 ha is forest land; its registered office is in Kempele.

The joint forest has been managed according to the forest plan 2016–2025, and the plan was updated in 2025 for 2026–2035. The updated plan sets a harvesting target of approx. 11,000 m³ per 10‑year period, i.e. about 1,100 m³/year. Distribution of surplus is decided by the owners’ association, which monitors harvesting progress. The joint forest has a land lease related to a wind‑power project that will expire during 2026 unless the project proceeds; according to the forest’s administration, further progression is unlikely.

The shareholding is sold via Huutokaupat.com based on bids placed there. The auction ends on Monday 18 May 2026 at 12:00 or 3 minutes after the last bid. Registration (free) on the auction site is required.
