The property is easily accessible from the Ruijantie road to Norway. Building on the property requires a special permit, which is granted or refused by the Municipality of Enontekiö. The seller has not applied for the permit and takes no responsibility for obtaining it. The property register extract in the photos section relates to the entire estate before the previously sold plot was partitioned.

The purchase includes 7 shares in the Enontekiö joint forest and a share of the common water area: 47-876-1-0 waters of the Näkkäläjärvi block. The joint forest’s current shareholder permit practice for hunting is: a shareholder may obtain a seasonal small-game permit for €50 per hunting season. The permit allows hunting up to 30 game points. The shareholder permit also includes the right to participate in bear hunting. The shareholder and their family members who fall into inheritance tax class 1 are entitled to use the shareholder’s hunting permit. Shareholder permits are allocated as follows: 0.1–5 shares entitle one shareholder hunting permit. 5.01–10 shares entitle two shareholder permits. Each further shareholder permit thereafter requires at least 5 shares.

The scope of rights attached to the shares is determined by applicable law, authority regulations and the decisions of shareholder communities and other decision-making bodies. The seller does not comment on how the property owner may use the rights attached to the shares.
