Seized property 40.03 ha with buildings in Mikkeli (Anttola), Mikkeli

The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 20/04/2026 - 18/05/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18/05/2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum permitted bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 16/05/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: sale 8240000710).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted offer is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the lot.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or any action related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the date of the sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
