The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest accepted offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable the sales decision and notification.

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Finsilva Plc confirms it has provided the buyer with all information it knows and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the official confirming the sale.

If the highest binding accepted bidder makes an unjustified bid, they must, under the Land Code, pay the seller reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale. Conditional offers are not accepted.

A party who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price excluding liabilities, and for title registration costs.
