The property is sold by competitive bidding on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 21 April 2026 at 13:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Raahe office, address Kummatinkatu 6, 92150 Raahe, or by e-mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

The property is seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, as applicable, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted.

If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the entire purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. Once the payment is visible on the account, the enforcement officer will make the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price.

Payment period: A payment period for the remaining purchase price may be granted if necessary, but in any case for not more than six weeks from the sale decision. In that case, annual interest will be charged on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual late interest will thereafter be charged.
