Terms of sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.
Bidders agree that their contact details may be forwarded by Huutokaupat.com to the seller to enable the sale decision and notification.
Bidders are obliged, before bidding, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later claim a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.
Finsilva Oyj certifies it has provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that could be expected to affect the sale.
The sale of the property must be carried out in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the notary's fee.
If the highest binding accepted bidder makes an unjustified bid, they must, under the Land Code, pay the seller reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale. Conditional bids are not accepted.
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary sale-related actions.
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price excl. debt, and for title registration fees.
