Sale of seized forest and arable property with buildings in Kiuruvesi by alternative-offers procedure — field lease will not remain in force, Kiuruvesi

The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com during 30 March 2026–22 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22 April 2026 at 13:30 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates. The offer must be delivered no later than 12:00 on the day before the end of the sale to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:
