Sale of enforcement-seized forest and arable property with buildings in Kiuruvesi by alternative offers / field lease agreement remains in force, Kiuruvesi

In this auction, bids are made on the basis that the field lease agreement remains in force.

The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 30 March 2026–22 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 13:00 on 22 April 2026, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is confirmed, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid for the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com service item number to which the bid is made. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12:00 on the day before the end of the sale to the address:
