The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. By bidding, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the sale.
Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable completion of the sale and notification.
A bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered in a prior inspection.
Finsilva Oyj warrants that it has provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and which can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.
The transfer of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The date and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the conveyancer's fee.
If the highest binding accepted bidder makes an unjustified bid, they must under the Land Code pay the seller reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale. Conditional bids are not accepted.
The party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price (excluding debt), and for title registration costs.
