Koy Rantasalmen Vuokratalot sells by online auction the property 681-412-3-151 located in Rantasalmi village with approx. 2,700 m² including buildings and connections. The property address is Sarvitie 7, 58900 Rantasalmi.

The original building is a terraced block built in 1983 with a total of seven flats.

The flats are: 1 room + kitchen + sauna 38.5 m²; 2 rooms + kitchen + sauna 62.5 m² (six flats).

The building's living area is approx. 413.5 m². The stated floor areas are estimates and may differ from actual measurements. The seller is not responsible for their accuracy.

In the current local plan the area is designated AR — block area for terraced and other linked residential buildings.

The building has electricity, water and fibre connections. Heating is direct electric.

The building is sold partly tenanted.

The building is sold in a condition requiring repairs and not all flats are usable without significant work. Attached is a condition survey prepared in 2022. No significant repairs have been made since the survey. One flat has suffered a major water damage that has not been repaired (Polygon survey attached).
