Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by leaving an offer with the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Bidders are obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The deed must be signed no later than two weeks after the agreement and the signing location will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The penalty for withdrawing from the sale is 4% of the purchase price, applicable to both buyer and seller.
