The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16 June 2026 at 10:00 (or three minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid received.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Seized property

Seized detached house in Artjärvi, Orimattila is sold by online auction. The property is sold by online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 16 June 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the service huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 12 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address: Ulosottolaitos, Lahden toimipaikka, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the object in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
