The Municipality of Kustavi is selling by auction the former health centre at Kivimaantie 8, which has recently served as a community house.
The building was completed in 1949 and has a gross floor area of approx. 230 m². The heating is district heating; the contract can be transferred to the new owner.

The building is part of a larger property from which an approx. 3 000 m² waterfront plot will be carved out for the building being sold.
The building is connected to Kustavi municipality’s water and sewer network. The building has its own electricity connection.

The upper floor contains a residential flat, which is currently let. The tenants would like to continue to live there. The rent is €400 per month. The notice period is in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act. With a change of use, the ground floor could also be converted, for example, into residential flats.
