The deadline for submitting offers ends on 12 April 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the service huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as offers in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the huutokaupat.com object number. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 8 April 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid received.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges related to transfer of connection agreements.

The property being enforced is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 12 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to place a bid via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 8 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address below.
