The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 23 March 2026 and 15 April 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written offer is binding and will be subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
