The property will be sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 15 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 15 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period. The annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 13 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid and the Huutokaupat.com object number. The offer must be submitted no later than 13 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's office in Åbo, address Lasarettsgatan 2-4, 20100 Åbo, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Execution Act.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not give a comprehensive description of the sale object. Therefore, buyers should inspect the property before submitting an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must self-assess and pay the transfer tax when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will receive ownership and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
