The property will be sold by upward bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 23 March 2026 and 15 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 13 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Office’s Pori unit, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
